FAQ

  1. SIZING

We follow standard sizing as indicated in our chart, however fit may vary per style and material. Please refer to our fit guide for individual styles when choosing your size. You may find this guide on the last photo of any product you click. For example, Lulu, Kit, and Sail have different fit recommendations. 

How to measure your shoe size:
1. Place a piece of paper flat on the ground and stand on it with your bare feet. Make sure your feet are flat.
2. Trace around your bare feet with a pen.
3. Draw a line behind the heel and in front of the longest toe.
4. Measure the distance between the two lines in centimeters. If one foot is larger than the other, use the longer foot as reference for your size.
5. Find your measurement on the chart. If your measurement falls between two sizes, round up. Use the chart as a general guide.
6. Again, fit may vary per style. Make sure to double check the individual style fit recommendation before placing an order. This is usually the last photo when you click on any product.  Our fit recommendations are based on what works for most of our customers, taking into consideration the exchange requests and feedback we receive. However, as we all still have different foot anatomies, these may still not work for you.

  1. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

    Q: What if I ordered the wrong size or wish to switch to another style or color?

    We can accommodate size / style / color exchanges (subject to availability) at buyer’s expense within 14 days of placing an order. Please send back your clean and pristineunusedVITA shoes in its original packaging to the address provided upon confirmation of request. No refunds.

Sale items are considered final sale. No return, no exchange.

  1. SHIPPING

    Q: How long will it take to receive my order?

    We prepare your order as soon as payment is verified and ship out as soon as possible. Please allow 2-3 working days for our small team to process and ship out your order. We don't process orders on weekends and holidays. 

    Delivery lead time is 3-5 working days for Metro Manila addresses, and 7-10 working days for the rest of the Philippines. **Palawan deliveries may take up to 3-4 weeks. We currently ship nationwide.  

Q: Can I get my order today? 

If you wish to book your own courier for same day deliveries, just send us a message on instagram to make a request. We usually are able to accommodate such requests up to 2pm of the day. We are shipping from Makati City.  Pickup time is strictly Mondays to Fridays 8am-5pm.  This service is unavailable on weekends and holidays. 

Q: How much is shipping to my address?

Shipping fees are calculated based on weight and location. Cost will vary depending on the quantity of pairs and address provided. Shipping fees below are estimated to cover up to 2 pairs.

Metro Manila - starts at P150
Luzon -starts at P200
Visayas - starts at P230
Mindanao - starts at P250

Local shipping is FREE for orders P8500 and up.

Q: How can I track my order?

Once your item has shipped, we will send you your tracking information via email, so please make sure to leave an email address when you check out. You can then track your order with our logistics partners.

    Q: When will you restock?


    Our shoes are handcrafted in small batches and no specific styles and colors are guaranteed restocks. We do not restock sold out items unless demand is high and materials are available. Turn on post notifications on our Instagram page to stay updated on our new launches and restocks.

    Q: Do you accept pre-orders or made-to-order shoes?

    All styles on our website are in stock and ready to ship unless indicated sold out. We do accept special order items for our existing designs upon request in your preferred color/material depending on availability for an additional fee. Lead time is usually 2-3weeks. 6. GIFT CARDS


Q: Do you have gift cards?

Electronic gift cards are available for purchase on our website. These are redeemable anytime and have no expiration date. When redeeming, multiple gift cards may be combined in a single transaction. Electronic gift cards are FINAL SALE—non refundable and not convertible to cash.
